Cooling temperature regulating valveThe temperature control valve is a core device used to control the flow rate of radiator water. It automatically adjusts the valve opening by sensing the ambient temperature, achieving indoor constant temperature.
Cooling temperature regulating valveThe core structure and working principle of:
Main components
Thermostatic controller: Equipped with a built-in temperature sensor (temperature sensing element), usually using liquid or gaseous media, sensitive to temperature changes.
Flow control valve: By controlling the displacement of the valve core, the cross-sectional area of the water flow is adjusted to regulate the water inlet of the radiator.
Connector: Connect the thermostat controller to the valve body to ensure synchronized operation.
working principle
After sensing changes in ambient temperature, the temperature sensor expands or contracts in volume and drives the valve core to move through mechanical linkage.
When the room temperature rises, the expansion of the temperature pack pushes the valve core to close the valve, reducing water flow and heat dissipation; When the room temperature drops, the temperature pack shrinks, the valve opens wider, and the water flow and heat dissipation increase.
Users can set the target temperature through the temperature control handle, and the valve automatically maintains the room temperature near the set value.
Energy saving and comfort advantages:
energy-saving effect
By dynamically adjusting the heating load, the waste phenomenon of "excessive heating and opening windows for heat dissipation" can be avoided.
For example, when there is no one in the office building at night, the temperature control valve automatically lowers the room temperature, saving more than 30% of energy consumption.
Comfort improvement
Eliminate uneven heating and cooling in the room, and maintain a constant room temperature within the set range of ± 1 ℃.
Support temperature control in separate rooms to meet personalized needs of different rooms (such as lowering the temperature in the bedroom at night and increasing the temperature in the living room during the day).
