1Micro jet high-pressure homogenizerPre-operation preparation
Equipment inspection
Power supply and connection: Confirm that the power cord is connected correctly, the centrifugal pump is tightly connected to the homogenizer hose, and there is no risk of leakage.
Component integrity: Check whether the homogenization valve, high-pressure pump, pressure gauge, safety valve and other components are intact. If there are any abnormalities, stop the machine immediately for maintenance.
Cooling system: Ensure that the temperature of the cooling circulation pump is normal (if the outlet temperature of the material is too high, check if the right valve is open).
Sample pretreatment
Grinding and filtering: Grind, dissolve, or filter the sample to ensure that there are no particles, metal shavings, or glass shards, preventing clogging of the homogenization valve or damage to the equipment.
Concentration and volume: Adjust the sample concentration and volume according to experimental requirements to ensure coverage of the homogenizer processing area.
protective equipment
Operators are required to wear protective goggles, non slip shoes, and splash proof aprons to prevent materials from splashing and injuring people.
2、 Standardized operation
Start the device
Place the device on a flat workbench, turn on the power, start the centrifugal pump, and adjust the speed.
Gradually increasing pressure: Set the initial pressure to the lowest and gradually increase it according to the characteristics of the sample (such as controlling the temperature of homogeneous materials at around 65 ℃, not exceeding 85 ℃).
parameter adjustment
Pressure and flow rate: Adjust according to the viscosity and particle size of the sample to avoid overheating caused by high flow rate (the air content of the material should be less than 2%).
Real time monitoring: Observe changes in sample color, particle size, and concentration, and adjust parameters in a timely manner. If the pressure rises abnormally, it is necessary to check whether the interaction chamber or high-pressure filter valve is blocked.
Sample processing
Slowly add the sample to the homogenizer to avoid overloading the equipment due to adding too much at once.
Strictly prohibit material interruption operation: ensure smooth material flow and avoid blocking the homogenization valve.
Emergency situation handling
Abnormal pressure: Immediately press the emergency stop button, cut off the power, and notify professional personnel for maintenance.
Equipment malfunction: Stop the machine and cut off the power supply to avoid further damage caused by forced operation.
Personnel injury: If materials splash and injure people, immediately rinse the injured area with plenty of water and go to the hospital for treatment.
3、 Post operation maintenance
Shutdown operation
Turn off the centrifugal pump, set the switch to the OFF position, and remove the sample.
Gradual pressure reduction: Slowly reduce the pressure to avoid equipment damage.
Equipment cleaning
Daily cleaning: Remove the hose, rinse the material channel with hot water, and use detergent to clean the container if necessary.
Long term discontinuation: Add 65% ethanol for storage to prevent microbial growth.
component maintenance
Lubrication and maintenance: Regularly check the lubricating oil in the gearbox and crankcase, and replace it in a timely manner if any deterioration or failure is found.
Replacement of vulnerable parts: Regularly replace nozzles, seals, filters, etc. according to usage.
Quarterly maintenance: Conduct a comprehensive inspection and overhaul of the homogenizer every quarter, including cleaning, lubrication, and component replacement.
4Micro jet high-pressure homogenizerKey points of safety protection
Environmental Requirements
The equipment should be installed in a ventilated, dry, and clean environment to avoid the effects of high temperature, humidity, and corrosive gases.
Set up clear warning signs around to ensure smooth and unobstructed passage.
Operation taboos
Strictly prohibit starting with load: Ensure that the equipment is started without load to avoid damaging the motor or pump body.
Strictly prohibit cutting off cooling water: During the operation of the equipment, it is necessary to maintain the supply of cooling water to prevent overheating and damage to components.
Homogenization valve protection: Do not strike the homogenization valve components during assembly and disassembly to avoid damaging hard and brittle materials.
personnel training
Operators need to receive professional training to understand the working principles, operating procedures, and precautions of the equipment.
Familiar with first aid knowledge and proficient in emergency response measures.
