ICP Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometer

ICP inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer (ICP-OES) is an element analysis instrument based on the principle of high-temperature plasma excitation, widely used in fields such as geology, environmental protection, chemical engineering, biology, medicine, food, metallurgy, agriculture, etc. This instrument generates a high-temperature plasma of 6000-10000K through a high-frequency induction coil, which atomizes the elements in the sample and excites characteristic spectra. After analysis by a spectroscopic system, qualitative and quantitative analysis of the elements is achieved.

ICP-OES has the ability to simultaneously detect multiple elements, including more than 70 metallic elements and some non-metallic elements. The detection range covers trace to constant levels (μ g/L~mg/L), with a wide linear range of 4-6 orders of magnitude. Its technological advantages include high sensitivity (detection limit as low as 0.001 μ g/L), high resolution (measured spectral line half width resolution ≤ 0.006nm), strong anti-interference ability, and fast analysis speed (single detection ≤ 3 minutes). The instrument is equipped with an automatic sampling system and intelligent data processing software, supporting full spectrum direct reading detection, significantly improving detection efficiency and accuracy, and is an element analysis tool in scientific research and industrial fields.
