Temperature data acquisition deviceIt is a device that integrates temperature sensors, data acquisition units, and display/analysis software, widely used in scientific research experiments, industrial production, agricultural breeding, and other fields. It can achieve precise monitoring and traceability of temperature, avoiding experimental errors, product quality problems, or safety risks caused by abnormal temperature.
Temperature data acquisition deviceThe workflow revolves around four core steps: signal perception → signal conversion → data processing → storage/transmission. The specific principles are as follows:
Temperature sensing: By using built-in or external temperature sensors to obtain temperature information of the target object through contact or non-contact methods, the physical quantity of temperature is converted into weak electrical signals.
Signal conversion and amplification: The raw electrical signal output by sensors is usually weak and may be accompanied by interference. The signal conditioning module (including amplifiers and filters) inside the device will amplify and denoise the signal, and then convert the analog electrical signal into a digital signal through an A/D converter (analog-to-digital converter).
Data processing and control: Digital signals are transmitted to the core controller, which performs arithmetic processing on the data based on preset parameters and drives the display screen to display temperature values in real-time.
Data storage and transmission: The processed temperature data will be stored on a local storage medium, supporting historical data tracing; Some devices also have communication modules that can upload data in real-time to computers, servers, or cloud platforms, enabling remote monitoring and data analysis.
