The Function and Principle of Feed Source Load System
Date: 2025-09-26Read: 2
Feed source load systemA feedback source load system is a power electronic device that integrates power and load functions, with bidirectional energy flow and efficient feedback capabilities. It is widely used in testing, research and development, and energy management fields.
Core function: bidirectional energy flow and efficient feedback
Integration of bidirectional power supply and load:Feed source load systemIt can be used as both a power source (outputting electrical energy) and a load (absorbing electrical energy), achieving bidirectional flow of energy between equipment and the grid or energy storage system.
Efficient energy feedback: Through power electronic conversion technology, the system efficiently converts the absorbed electrical energy into AC power that meets grid standards, with a feedback efficiency of over 90%. This feature significantly reduces energy consumption during the testing process, while reducing heat generation and avoiding dependence on air conditioning or refrigeration systems.
Seamless mode switching: The system supports one click switching between power and load modes, without the need for complex software configuration or terminal device connection, greatly reducing test preparation time.
Principle:
The bidirectional power flow is different from traditional unidirectional power supply systems. The feedback system allows energy to be fed back from the load end to the source end in reverse (such as electric vehicle braking energy recovery and motor regenerative braking), improving energy utilization efficiency.
The dynamic matching mechanism balances the source output and load demand in real time through control algorithms such as model predictive control and PID regulation, solving the problem of power, voltage, and frequency mismatch between the two.
Under the multi-source and multi load architecture of redundancy and fault tolerance design, the system can automatically switch working modes (such as grid energy storage load coordination) to ensure stable operation even in the event of a single point of failure.
