Explosion proof vacuum oil filterIt is designed based on the different boiling points of water and oil, and consists of a vacuum heating tank, a fine filter, a primary filter, a vacuum pump, an oil discharge pump, and an electrical cabinet. The vacuum pump extracts the air inside the vacuum tank to form a vacuum. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the external oil enters the primary filter through the oil inlet pipeline, removes larger particles, and then enters the heating tank. The oil heated to 40-75 ℃ enters the vacuum tank, and the water in the oil quickly evaporates into water vapor and is continuously sucked into the oil-water separator by the vacuum pump. The water vapor in the separator is cooled and reduced to water before being released. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump and filtered out of particulate impurities through the filter element. Thus completing the entire process of vacuum filtration to quickly remove impurities, moisture, and gases from the oil, allowing the clean oil to be discharged from the outlet of the machine.
