The dielectric strength tester for insulating oil is based on a single-chip microcomputer, which realizes full automation of testing, high measurement accuracy, greatly improves work efficiency, and also greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers. In power systems, railway systems, and large petrochemical plants and mines, enterprises have a large number of electrical equipment, and their internal insulation is mostly oil filled insulation type. The dielectric strength of insulation oil is a routine test that must be measured.
Function:
1. For a single oil cup structure, it adopts microcomputer control and can automatically complete a series of operations such as boosting, holding, lowering, stirring, static discharge, display calculation, printing, etc. It can perform insulation oil withstand voltage testing in the range of 0-80KV.
2. Adopting a large screen dot matrix LCD display with an internal backlight system, it can be clearly seen even at night. The testing process is prompted by a Chinese menu, which makes it convenient for test personnel to operate.
3. This instrument is easy to operate, and the operator only needs to input simple instructions according to the instructions. The instrument will automatically complete the insulation oil withstand voltage test according to the settings. The breakdown voltage value will be automatically stored each time. After the test is completed, the printer will be turned on to print out the breakdown voltage value and average value for each time.
4. This instrument has two testing modes: automatic and manual under computer control. The testing mode can be changed before testing, which is flexible and greatly improves the practicality of the testing instrument.
5. This instrument has strong adaptability, is easy to carry, and can be used for laboratory and outdoor on-site testing. The instrument also has strong anti-interference ability and can work normally in strong electromagnetic field environments.
6. This instrument is equipped with protective devices such as overvoltage, overcurrent, and automatic zeroing, which ensure the safety of the instrument itself and operators under normal use.
7. The boosting speed can be selected according to different experimental standards.
Usage steps:
1. Adjust the electrode of the oil cup and place it, then put the oil into the instrument and cover it with a glass cover.
2. Plug in the power cord, turn on the power switch, and the power indicator light will turn on, indicating that the instrument has started working.
3. When the zero position indicator light is on, press the start button and the high voltage indicator light will turn on. At the same time, the instrument will automatically increase the voltage at a speed of 2KV/S and observe the instrument's indication status.
4. After oil breakdown, the relay operates, the high voltage is disconnected, and the voltage displayed on the instrument is the oil breakdown voltage.
5. Press the "stop, reset" button, the voltage displayed on the instrument disappears, and the motor reverses back to the "zero" position. When it reaches the zero position, the zero position indicator light will be on, and the motor will automatically stop.
6. After waiting for the oil to stand still for 5-10 minutes, repeat the above work for 3-6 consecutive times to obtain the comprehensive average value. At this time, the converted data is the electrical strength value of the insulating oil.
