What are the special safety features of transformer ratio group measuring instruments
Date: 2023-12-12Read: 20

In the production process of semi-finished and finished power transformers, before the newly installed transformers are put into operation, and during the operation of transformers in the power system, according to the preventive testing regulations of the Ministry of Electric Power, it is required to regularly conduct turns ratio or voltage ratio tests on the operating transformers. The traditional variable ratio bridge is cumbersome to operate, the readings are not intuitive, and necessary conversions need to be made. The test results are only one phase ratio data. The ratio tester overcomes the shortcomings of traditional ratio bridge testing. The screen adopts a one-time three-phase transformation ratio test, which is fast in testing speed and high in accuracy. Greatly saving on-site testing time and bringing high efficiency to customers' experiments.

Safety measures:
1. Before using this instrument, be sure to carefully read this operating manual.
2. The operator of the instrument should have general knowledge of using electrical equipment or instruments.
3. This instrument can be used both indoors and outdoors, but it should be used in places where it is exposed to rain, corrosive gases, excessive dust, high temperatures, and direct sunlight.
4. Instruments should avoid severe vibrations.
5. The maintenance, care, and adjustment of instruments should be carried out by professionals.
6. Do not connect the yellow, green, and red wires of the test clamp to the A, B, and C wires of the transformer correctly.
7. Do not connect high and low voltage cables in reverse.
8. When testing single-phase transformers, only use yellow and green wire clamps, do not use them incorrectly, and unused test clamps should be suspended.
