Measuring principle
MT-160The electrode of a type acid-base concentration meter is composed of a sensor based on the principle of conductive electrode. The structure of the electrode is to sinter two platinum plates on two glass plates or on the inner wall of a circular glass tube. By adjusting the area of the platinum plates and the distance between the two glass tubes, conductive electrodes with different constant values can be made.
Typical Applications
Widely used in power plants and chemical industries to continuously monitor the acid or alkali concentration and sulfuric acid concentration of ion exchange resin regeneration.

Installation method
Flow installation: (Refer to the electrode size diagram for details. Simply cover the inlet and outlet with rubber tubing;Pipeline rib installationRemove the electrode in a flow-through manner. The electrode itself has a 3/4-inch outer rib, which can be directly screwed onto the rib inside the pipeline; This method can also be applied to installation with Fa Lan.Submerged installation:Remove the electrode in a flow-through manner. The electrode itself has a 3/4 inch outer rib, which can be directly connected using this rib. For a submerged installation, a mounting bracket is required, and the threaded connection between the electrode and the mounting bracket needs to be sealed and waterproofed with a tape. Remember not to have water inside the mounting bracket to prevent the cable from entering the water, causing a short circuit in the electrode cable and rendering the electrode unusable. Similarly, do not directly immerse the electrode in water.
