Its working principle is to simulate the actual generation and application scenarios of foam, and achieve performance testing through standardized processes: first dilute the sample to be tested (such as foam solution) according to the set concentration, and then generate foam at a fixed rate and strength through the built-in mixing, inflation or spraying device of the equipment; Then, the initial height of foam (lifting height) and height changes at different time nodes (defoaming rate) are monitored and recorded in real time to quantitatively evaluate the lifting capacity and stability of foam.


Equipment is usually equipped with high-precision liquid level sensors, controllable mixing/inflation systems, and data recording modules, which can accurately control key parameters such as test temperature, mixing speed, inflation volume, etc., ensuring the repeatability and accuracy of test results. Some models also support automatic generation of test reports to visually present the foam lifting curve and performance indicators.
