The core principle is to use the synergistic effect of "high pressure+high temperature+high humidity" to accelerate the aging and erosion of materials by the environment: through the pressure control system (usually up to 2-3 atmospheres), precise temperature control module (temperature range is mostly 100-150 ℃) and humidity regulation component (relative humidity 85% -100%) in the closed test chamber, creating harsh conditions far beyond the natural environment, greatly shortening the product aging cycle - the natural aging process that originally required months or even years can be tested in a few days.


The equipment is equipped with high-precision sensors and intelligent control systems, which can monitor real-time parameters such as pressure, temperature, and humidity inside the cabin, ensuring stable and reproducible test conditions; Simultaneously equipped with multiple safety protections (such as overpressure relief and overheating protection) to ensure the safety of the test.
