Brief Introduction

Its working principle is to use the arc discharge effect of xenon gas under high voltage electric field to emit light: the lamp tube is filled with high-purity xenon gas, and the electrode is energized to generate a high voltage arc, exciting xenon atoms to transition and release energy, forming a continuous spectrum - the spectrum covers the ultraviolet and visible near-infrared regions, which is highly close to the solar spectrum and can accurately simulate key light radiation components such as ultraviolet and visible light in outdoor sunlight.


According to different application scenarios, xenon lamp tubes are divided into long arc xenon lamps, short arc xenon lamps, and other types: long arc xenon lamps emit light uniformly and are suitable for large-area material aging testing; Short arc xenon lamps have high brightness and good focusing performance, and are often used for film and television projection or precision optical experiments.
