This study used ultraviolet spectrophotometry and Enshi Wujiatai tribute tea as a sample to investigate the determination conditions of selenium content in the sample. The effects of five influencing factors, including pH value, amount of chelating agent o-phenylenediamine, amount of EDTA, chelating time, and temperature, on the determination results were explored.
