LCD inspection microscopeIt is an optical instrument specifically designed for the production and testing of liquid crystal displays.
LCD inspection microscopeThe detection principle:
1. Optical imaging system:
Objective lens and eyepiece: The objective lens forms an inverted real image through a convex lens combination, while the eyepiece further magnifies to generate a virtual image.
Lighting method: Supports upper and lower halogen lamp lighting, some models are equipped with LED light sources, providing uniform and adjustable lighting intensity to adapt to samples of different transparency.
Polarization device: Utilizing the birefringence property of liquid crystals, observing molecular orientation changes through polarizing plates and detecting liquid crystal alignment defects.
2. Digital imaging technology:
CCD/CMOS sensor: captures light signals and converts them into digital images, supporting real-time dynamic display.
Image processing function: Built in ruler measurement, infinite zoom, white balance correction and other modules, supporting one click photography, video recording and data transmission, meeting the needs of scientific research and production.
Multi mode observation: Combining bright field, dark field, differential interference (DIC) and other techniques to enhance image contrast and clearly present microstructures such as conductive particle distribution and line defects.
Technical Specifications:
Eyepiece: A commonly used large field eyepiece with a magnification of 10X and a field of view of 22mm.
Objective lens: Infinite long distance flat field achromatic bright/dark field objective lenses are commonly used, with magnifications of 5X, 10X, 20X, 50X, etc., and a working distance between 1.25mm-9.3mm.
Optical magnification: Depending on the combination of eyepiece and objective lens, the optical magnification can range from 50X to 800X.
Focusing mechanism: Generally used for coarse micro coaxial focusing, with a micro grid value of up to 0.8 μ m, adjustable coarse tension, and equipped with locking and limiting devices.
