1、 Preparation before cleaning
1. Safety protection: Wear antifreeze gloves, goggles, and lab clothes to avoid low-temperature frostbite or chemical splashing. Ensure good ventilation in the work area, keep away from sources of fire and flammable materials.
2. Tools and materials: Soft bristle brush, lint free cloth, distilled water, ethanol or acetone (for solvent cleaning), ultrasonic cleaning machine (optional), air drying oven or low-pressure compressed air source.
2、 Basic cleaning steps
1. Evacuation and pre flushing
-Close all valves and empty the remaining liquid nitrogen or refrigerant from the Dewar flask.
-Rinse the inner container multiple times with distilled water at room temperature to remove any frozen substances adhering to the surface.
2. Deep scrubbing
