Insoluble particle detectorIt is a high-tech precision instrument specifically designed to detect parameters such as the quantity, size, and distribution of insoluble particles in liquids. Its working principle is mainly based on the principle of light scattering. When the laser beam passes through the liquid sample to be tested, insoluble particles in the liquid scatter light, generating a light scattering signal. These signals are captured by precision detectors and converted into electronic data through the internal circuitry of the instrument. By analyzing these data, the instrument can accurately determine the size and quantity of particles. In addition, the insoluble particle detector may also use various working principles such as photoresist method, microscopic counting method, electrophoresis method, and resistance method for detection.
Insoluble particle detectorMaintenance methods:
1、 Daily cleaning and maintenance
Instrument surface cleaning: Use a clean, soft cloth to gently wipe the instrument housing and display screen to remove dust and dirt. Avoid using corrosive chemicals to prevent damage to the surface of the instrument.
Internal particle sensor cleaning: Regularly clean the sensor to ensure its sensitivity and accuracy. During the cleaning process, specialized cleaning agents and soft cloths should be used to avoid the use of chemicals that can damage the surface.
Sampling window and casing maintenance: Keep the sampling window and casing clean and dry to prevent corrosion of instrument components and casings by the test samples.
2、 Key component maintenance
Filter inspection and replacement: Regularly check the status of the filter, clean or replace the filter to ensure the accuracy of air sampling. For pre filters, it is recommended to replace them once a week.
Pump system inspection: The operational status and airflow stability of the pump are crucial for sample collection and analysis. Regularly check the working status of the pumps to ensure their normal operation. The pump system needs to check the wear of the sealing ring every quarter. If the airflow stability deviation exceeds 15%, the diaphragm needs to be replaced.
High pressure injector cleaning: Regularly clean the high-pressure injector to prevent contamination and inaccurate volume measurement. Before cleaning, remove the high-pressure injector and clean it with solutions such as methanol, dichloromethane, acetone, etc.
Sample glass slit processing: If the instrument frequently detects samples with high viscosity or large particle size, it is easy to cause blockage of the sample glass slit. Reverse flushing method, alternating flushing method, or neutral cleaning agent can be used for cleaning to ensure smooth injection of the glass slit.
3、 Environmental control
Temperature and humidity: Ensure that the operating environment temperature of the equipment is between 10-40 ℃ and the humidity does not exceed 85% to avoid interference from vibration sources. Excessive humidity may cause contamination of equipment sensors or condensation of particles, thereby affecting measurement accuracy.
Dust and corrosion prevention: Avoid placing equipment in environments with corrosive gases or high levels of dust to avoid affecting the stability and accuracy of the instrument.
4、 Standardized operation
Pre operation inspection: Before operation, it is necessary to confirm that the power supply voltage is stable (220V ± 10%), the grounding resistance is ≤ 4 Ω, and to prevent electrostatic interference. At the same time, check the connection status of sensors and pipelines, and flush the system with particle inspection water that complies with GB/T 191 at least 3 times.
Precautions during the testing process:
During the testing process, the instrument should be kept away from electromagnetic interference sources (such as moving objects) to prevent magnetic fields and vibration sources from interfering with the instrument's operation.
The stirring speed should not be too fast, and the injection needle should be as close as possible to the bottom of the sample container, with a distance of not less than 1cm from the liquid level, to avoid the generation of bubbles that may affect the test data.
It is strictly prohibited to test samples such as tap water that have not been filtered through a filter membrane, in order to avoid clogging of the injection glass slit.
Operator training: Operators should receive professional training and be familiar with the operation process and testing methods of the equipment. Understand the various technical parameters of the equipment, master how to set test parameters, and how to deal with common fault problems.
5、 Regular calibration and updates
Regular calibration: Regularly calibrating testing instruments is a key step in ensuring accurate and reliable measurement results. It is recommended to perform regular calibration according to the manufacturer's recommendations, using standard samples that have accurately measured and verified particle concentrations for calibration. Calibration samples should cover different concentration ranges to ensure the accuracy of the instrument under different conditions.
Software and firmware updates: Regularly update instrument software and firmware versions to improve device functionality, performance, and stability. These updates typically include performance improvements, bug fixes, and security updates to ensure that the device remains in optimal condition for long-term use.
