Mining electric gas butterfly valve is a valve designed for gas pipelines, mainly used in coal mine gas drainage systems, mine ventilation systems, etc., to achieve safe control of gas.
When the electric actuator receives a control signal, its internal motor starts and transmits the rotational motion to the butterfly plate through the reduction mechanism. The butterfly plate rotates around its axis, changing the flow area of the medium in the pipeline, thereby achieving flow regulation and on-off control. This valve is usually connected to a safety monitoring system. When safety hazards such as excessive gas concentration are detected, the system will automatically send a cut-off signal to quickly close the valve.
