1. Needle hole degree

The pinhole inspection table of the instrument device is 800mm x 600mm x 300mm or a wooden box of appropriate volume. A 30W fluorescent lamp is installed inside the wooden box, and a glass plate is placed on top of the wooden box. The glass plate is lined with black paper and has a space of 400mm x 250mm to inspect the pinholes of the sample.

Measurement method

Take 10 samples with a length of 400mm and a width of 250mm (when the width is less than 250mm, take the roll width), place them one by one on the pinhole inspection table, and inspect their pinholes in the dark.
