Operating procedures for LED type light incubator
1. Turn the power switch to "1", the power indicator light will turn on, and there will be a digital display on the temperature controller and a time display on the clock controller.
2. Temperature setting
When the required temperature inside the box is the same as the set temperature, it does not need to be set, otherwise it needs to be reset. First, press the function key "SET" on the temperature controller to enter the temperature setting state. The SV setting display will flash, then press the shift key "◢" in conjunction with the plus key "△" or minus key "▽". To complete the setting, press the function key "SET" to confirm. To set the temperature to 20.0 ℃ and the original set temperature to 16.5 ℃, first press the function key "SET", then press the shift key "◢", move the cursor to the ten digit number on the display, and then press the plus key "△" to raise the ten digit number from "1" to "2". After setting the ten digit number, move the cursor to sequentially set the individual and fractional digits, so that the set temperature is displayed as 20.0 ℃. Press the function key "SET" to confirm, and the temperature setting is complete.
3. After the setting is completed, all data will be saved for a long time. At this point, the biochemical incubator enters a heating or cooling state. When the temperature inside the incubator approaches the set temperature, the proportional heating indicator light flashes on and off repeatedly to control it to enter a constant temperature state.
4. Open the inner and outer doors, put the items to be cultured into the incubator, and close the inner and outer doors. If the opening time of the inner and outer doors is too long and the temperature inside the incubator fluctuates, this is a normal phenomenon.
5. Choose the cultivation time as needed. After the cultivation is completed, turn the power switch to "0". If the items are not taken out immediately, please do not open the box door.
6. The use of T1
The factory setting T1 is 9000 points, and it is generally used without adjusting the time of T1. If the box is used for a long time (continuously for more than a week), the use of T1 needs to be readjusted. If T1 is set to 9000 and T1 is set to 240.
Special operation of LED type light incubator
1. The upper limit alarm temperature setting is set at 43.0 ℃ before the product leaves the factory. Generally, there is no special requirement for cultivation items and no need to reset. If it is necessary to set it, the following method can be used: when the temperature inside the box displays the set temperature of 20.0 ℃ and is constant, the alarm temperature can be reset: press the function key "SET" for 5 seconds, and the instrument enters the parameter setting state. At this time, ALl displays 43.0 ℃. Press the shift key "◢" in conjunction with the plus key "△" or minus key "▽" to operate, so that ALl displays 23.0; Beyond this temperature range, the temperature controller will sound and light an alarm and cut off the power supply to the heater. To avoid alarm caused by setting relationships, please restore ALl to the factory setting of 43.0 ℃ before use.
2. If you have high requirements for temperature control accuracy and fluctuation, PID self-tuning control can be used. When the temperature inside the box reaches the set temperature * times, press the function key "SET" for 5 seconds first, and the instrument enters the set cycle state "ALl". Continue to press the "SET" key to make the PV display "ATU" and the SV display "0000". Then press the plus key "厶" to make the SV display "0001". Finally, press the function key "SET" to confirm. At this time, the self-tuning indicator light will light up, and the temperature controller enters P1D self-tuning control.
3. Temperature display value correction is generally not necessary as the product undergoes strict testing before leaving the factory. If the environment in which the product is used is poor, and the external temperature is too low or too high, it may cause an error between the temperature display value and the actual temperature inside the box. If it exceeds the technical specification range, it can be corrected. Specific steps: Press the function key "SET" for about 5 seconds to enter the parameter setting cycle state "ALl" on the instrument. Continue to press the function key "SET" to make the PV display "SC" for correction. Then press the shift key "◢" in conjunction with the plus key "△" or minus key "▽" to perform temperature correction. Press the "SET" button to confirm, and the temperature display value correction is complete.
