Preparation before operation:
Equipment inspection:
Confirm that the pressure gauge is reset to zero, the fasteners are not loose, and the cooling system (heat exchange tube jacket or refrigeration unit) is connected normally.
The material needs to be pre filtered (60-100 mesh sieve), with a hard particle diameter of ≤ 0.5mm to avoid clogging the micropores.
Pre cooling start:
The refrigeration machine starts pre cooling 5 minutes in advance to ensure stable temperature in the diamond chamber.

Startup and parameter settings:
After powering on, long press the control panel and enter the password (such as ATS123) to enter the operation interface.
Select working mode: regular mode or micro mode (supporting ≥ 6ml samples), set pressure upper limit (single boost ≤ 80bar).
Material loading and exhaust:
Pour the fluid material into the cup and insert the exhaust rod into the middle of the cup until the discharge pipe stabilizes the discharge.
Homogeneous operation:
Click the start button and slowly increase the pressure (recommended 10 seconds/100bar), with the target pressure ≤ the equipment calibration value (such as 3000bar).
During material circulation, it is necessary to rinse the cup wall to ensure uniform mixing; Trace samples need to activate the "customer customized mode" for air suction prevention.
Pressure monitoring:
Real time observation of pressure curve, immediate pressure relief and troubleshooting in case of abnormal fluctuations (such as feed blockage or valve leakage).
Termination and maintenance:
Pressure relief shutdown:
Rotate the pressure relief handle counterclockwise at a constant speed, and discharge the material after the pressure returns to zero.
Deep cleaning:
Alcohol pre spray cup → 100-200 bar pressure circulation flushing → pure water secondary cleaning (oily materials require detergent).
Long term maintenance:
Regularly check the wear of the diamond chamber, replace the lubricating oil (maintain pressure at 6.0-7.0), and clean the residue in the cooling pipeline.
