Smoke online monitoring systemThe installation and commissioning of CEMS must comply with national standards such as HJ75-2017, covering key aspects such as pre installation preparation, core equipment installation, phased commissioning, and acceptance. The following are detailed specifications:
Pre-installation preparation
Site and condition planning: Firstly, survey and determine the sampling point location, avoiding vortex areas such as flue bends and valves to ensure stable airflow. Build a stable sampling platform, equipped with protective railings and safety passages; Indoor installation of instruments should ensure dryness and ventilation, while outdoor cabinets with rain and sun protection functions should be used. Simultaneously confirm the stable power supply of AC220V, equip with UPS uninterruptible power supply, plan the laying path of sampling pipelines and cables, shorten the pipeline length to reduce errors.
Equipment and material verification: Open the box and check the equipment model and quantity, inspect the appearance of sampling probes, analytical instruments, etc. for damage, and ensure that accessories and instructions are complete. Focus on verifying the validity period of standard gases, calibration certificates of core components, and auxiliary materials such as PTFE sampling tubes and sealing gaskets that meet quality requirements for corrosion resistance.
Technical and safety briefing: Clarify installation steps and quality standards, conduct special briefings on high-altitude operations, electrical safety, etc., equip with protective equipment such as safety helmets and safety belts to avoid construction safety accidents.
Core equipment installation specifications
Sampling system: The sampling probe is inserted vertically or obliquely into the flue, with a depth of not less than 1/3 of the flue diameter and not less than 0.5m. A sealing gasket is added at the flange to prevent air leakage; The sampling pipeline is made of corrosion-resistant materials, and the flue gas containing moisture needs to be equipped with a heat tracing pipeline to maintain the flue gas temperature above the dew point. The pipeline is fixed on a bracket to reduce bending and shaking.
Analytical instrument: The host is installed in a stable and vibration free position, and strong and weak electricity are separately laid during wiring to avoid electromagnetic interference. After connecting the gas circuit, it is necessary to conduct an air tightness test to ensure no leakage, and correctly connect the calibration gas circuit and the zero gas circuit to prepare for subsequent calibration.
Data acquisition equipment: The data acquisition instrument and analysis instrument are installed nearby, with standardized connection of signal lines. Network parameters are configured according to HJ/T212 standards to ensure correct communication protocols. At the same time, the data encryption transmission function is debugged to ensure data transmission security.
Staged debugging process
Initial debugging and 168 hour trial operation: After installation, perform initial power on debugging to check if the equipment indicator lights and data display are normal. Subsequently, allow the equipment to run continuously and stably for 168 hours, during which unplanned maintenance is prohibited. If any malfunctions or data abnormalities occur, they must be repaired and the trial run must be restarted.
72 hour refined debugging: On the first day, perform zero and range calibration on the particulate matter and gaseous pollutant monitoring modules, and record the initial values; After a 24-hour interval the next day, test the zero and range drift, conduct a display value error test, and repeat the test three times with different concentrations of standard gas and take the average value; Repeat drift testing on the third and fourth days, synchronously compare the accuracy of reference methods, record at least 9 sets of data for gaseous pollutants, and record at least 5 sets of parameters such as particulate matter. If the indicators such as indication error do not meet the standards, the machine needs to be shut down for troubleshooting and re debugging.
Debugging and acceptance standards
Indicator acceptance: At the initial stage of acceptance, calibrate the zero point and range, and then test and calculate the drift value again after 6 hours. Prioritize detecting indication errors and response times, and terminate subsequent acceptance if they do not meet the standards; After reaching the standard, use the reference method to measure synchronously with the system and calculate the accuracy of parameters such as pollutant concentration and flow rate.
Network acceptance: Check whether the data transmission is stable, there are no issues such as message loss or connection interruption, confirm that the monitoring data can be uploaded to the environmental monitoring platform in real time, prepare a debugging and testing report after passing the acceptance, archive calibration records, compare data and other materials.
