Key selection points
Volume and diameter: Small experimental grade generally ranges from 50L to 500L, medium to large industrial grade ranges from 1000L to 3000L, and ultra large closed structure is designed as an integrated unit with a capacity of over 5000L. Choose the appropriate volume based on the actual usage site and demand.
Structure type: Open structure (≤ 5000L) is easy to disassemble, while closed structure (>5000L) has stronger sealing.
Core parameters: The shaft diameter specifications include standard shaft diameter (50/60/70mm) and special shaft diameter (such as 95mm); The normal working pressure is 0.2-0.6MPa, and can be customized to>2.5MPa; The temperature resistance range standard is -20 ℃ to 200 ℃; The external mechanical seal is preferred for the renovation of the old kettle of the sealing system.
Stirrer and seal: anchor type for high viscosity (>10Pa · s), vortex wheel type (300-600r/min) for low viscosity (<1Pa · s), and frame type for solid content; Mechanical seals are preferred for sealing.
Maintenance points
Daily inspection: Regularly patrol to check whether the pressure, temperature, vacuum degree, etc. inside the tank and jacket are within the safe operating range; Pay attention to the running sound when stirring and rotating, and check for any abnormalities in the thermometer sleeve and stirring.
Regular maintenance: Generally, parking maintenance is arranged twice a year to check the thermometer sleeve and intake pipe, enamel mixer, enamel on the inner wall of the reaction tank, oil change of the reducer, external anti-corrosion and insulation of the reaction kettle, etc; Check the tightness of the enamel discharge valve, enamel feeding tube, and enamel tank clamp, and replace them promptly if there are any problems.
Usage standard: Each batch of raw materials in the kettle needs to be carefully inspected for impurities; Regularly check if the mixer bolts are tightened; Reduce the temperature difference between materials and the kettle wall; The temperature rise and fall should be gradually carried out; Open the discharge blockage with non-metallic tools; Acid solution cannot enter the jacket; Do not use metal cleaning tools during cleaning; Properly store the equipment before installation or when idle; Timely repair enamel damage.
