Date: 2025-05-26Read: 20
Maintenance during shutdown of rotary thin film evaporator:
1. Empty the materials inside the equipment
Before shutting down, empty the materials inside the equipment to avoid residual materials corroding the equipment or affecting its next use.
2. Clean the interior of the equipment
Use clean water or specialized cleaning agents to thoroughly clean the inside of the evaporator, especially the heating surface and rotating components.
After cleaning, ensure that the interior of the equipment is dry to prevent rust or mold growth.
3. Protect rotating components
When the machine is stopped for a long time, the rotating parts should be coated with anti rust oil and covered with a dust cover to prevent dust and moisture from entering.
Common faults and solutions of rotary thin film evaporator:
1. Decreased evaporation efficiency
Possible reasons: heating system malfunction, poor sealing, and wear of rotating components.
Solution: Check the heating system, repair or replace the sealing ring, clean or replace the rotating parts.
2. Excessive equipment vibration or noise
Possible reasons: unbalanced rotating components, damaged bearings, and unstable installation.
Solution: Correct the dynamic balance, replace the bearings, check and tighten the equipment base.
3. Leakage issue
Possible reasons: aging sealing ring, loose pipeline connection.
Solution: Replace the sealing ring and re tighten the pipeline connection.
Precautions for operating a rotary thin film evaporator:
1. Follow the operating procedures
Strictly follow the user manual of the equipment to avoid overloading or unauthorized operation.
2. Regularly record maintenance status
Establish maintenance logs to record the time, content, and equipment status of each maintenance, for easy tracking and management.
3. Professional maintenance support
For complex faults or situations where key components need to be replaced, it is recommended to contact the equipment manufacturer or professional maintenance personnel for handling.
