1、 Regularly replace and clean the filter element

The pre filter element (pre filter, fine filter) should be replaced according to the usage time (usually 1-3 months) or pressure difference prompt to avoid dust blockage affecting the intake volume.

Molecular sieve filter cartridge is the core consumable, which is replaced according to the degradation of gas purity (usually 6-12 months) to ensure that the nitrogen purity meets the standard (such as 99.9% -99.999%).

Regularly clean the impurities at the installation interface of the filter element to avoid air leakage caused by poor sealing.

2、 Pipeline and seal maintenance

Check whether the connection of the intake and exhaust pipes is firm, whether there is aging or damage, and replace the pipes or sealing rings in a timely manner if leaks are found.

Regularly blow the inside of the pipeline with dry air to remove condensed water or residual impurities, and prevent pipeline blockage or corrosion.

3、 Monitoring of pressure and operating parameters

Observe the pressure gauge and flow meter values of the equipment daily to ensure that the pressure (usually 0.6-0.8MPa) and flow rate meet the set requirements, and promptly troubleshoot any fluctuations.

Regularly calibrate pressure sensors and flow measuring devices to ensure accurate parameter display and avoid affecting gas production stability.

4、 Maintenance of condensate water and drainage

Timely discharge the condensate water from the built-in gas storage tank and condensate separator of the equipment (1-2 times a day or according to the automatic drainage setting) to prevent moisture from entering the molecular sieve and affecting the adsorption effect.

Check the working status of the automatic drainage valve. If the drainage is not smooth, disassemble, clean or replace the valve core.

5、 Equipment environment and idle maintenance

The placement environment should be kept dry and ventilated, avoiding high temperature, humidity, or dusty environments to prevent equipment components from rusting.

When idle for a long time (more than one month), turn off the power, exhaust the gas in the pipeline, seal the inlet and outlet, and regularly start the machine for 10 minutes of no-load operation for maintenance.
