GB/T 9740-2008 Chemical Reagent Evaporation Residue Method and Testing Instrument is developed and produced by Jinan Languang Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. It is a specialized equipment for detecting evaporation residue in chemical reagent products. This instrument complies with the requirements of GB/T 9740-2008 "General Method for Determination of Evaporation Residue of Chemical Reagents" standard, which specifies the general method for determining evaporation residue by weight method. It is suitable for the determination of evaporation residue of chemical reagents that can evaporate and remove the main body at boiling water bath temperature.
Principle of experimental method:Using the difference in volatile properties between the sample body and the residue, evaporate the sample in a water bath and dry it to a constant amount in an oven to completely separate the sample body from the residue. The mass of the residue can be weighed using a balance.
Measurement steps:
Dry the evaporating dish to a constant temperature in an electric oven at 105 ℃± 2 ℃. Accurately weigh (or measure) the specified amount of sample into a constant evaporating dish. Place the evaporating dish on a water bath below the boiling point temperature of the sample and evaporate until dry.
Then, dry the evaporating dish and the evaporating residue together in an electric oven at 105 ℃± 2 ℃ to a constant amount. Calculate the mass fraction of evaporated residue according to the formula.
Recommended instruments:The C840H integrated evaporation residue monitoring system is a fully automatic instrument that integrates the core experimental steps of evaporation, drying, weighing at room temperature to constant weight in the traditional evaporation residue detection process through innovative integration technology. This system completely changes the traditional mode of operation in which laboratory personnel need to frequently operate dispersing equipment such as evaporating dishes, constant temperature water baths, electric ovens, and analytical scales. It not only significantly reduces the intensity of manual operation, but also effectively controls test errors caused by manual operation, significantly improving the repeatability and reproducibility of detection data.
