The automobile interior atomization performance tester (also known as atomization tester, atomization tester) is a device specifically used to evaluate the evaporation of volatile components in interior materials such as automobiles and aircraft at high temperatures. Through precise testing, it is possible to professionally evaluate the evaporation of volatile components in automotive interior plastic parts, polyurethane, textiles, leather, adhesives, non-woven fabrics, thermoplastic elastomers, and other materials at high temperatures. Prevent oil mist, water vapor, and other substances generated by the atomization of interior materials from condensing on the car window glass, affecting the driver's line of sight and ensuring driving safety and comfort. Moreover, enterprises can screen qualified raw materials through testing to avoid poor interior quality caused by material atomization issues, and trace the cause of problems in case of customer complaints.
Testing principle:The tester simulates a high-temperature environment by heating the sample in a fogging cup and causing it to evaporate. The volatile gas condenses on the glass or aluminum foil that has been cooled down in the cooling chamber. After the condensation process is completed, remove the glass plate or aluminum foil, measure the atomization value or weight of the condensation component of the glass plate or aluminum foil, and compare it with the data before condensation to obtain the atomization volatilization characteristics of the sample.
Three testing methods:
1. Glossiness method: Measure the glossiness value of the glass plate before and after condensation, and calculate the haze value.
2. Haze method: Measure the haze value of the glass plate before and after condensation, and calculate the haze value.
3. Weight method: Weigh the weight change of aluminum foil before and after condensation, and calculate the weight of atomized condensate.
