GB/T 19787-2005 "Packaging Materials - Polyolefin Heat Shrinkable Film" specifies the product specifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, storage and other contents of polyolefin heat shrinkable film. This standard is applicable to films with PP/LLDPE/PP structure produced by three-layer co extrusion using copolymer polypropylene (PP) and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) resin as the main raw materials.
GB/T 19787-2005 Polyolefin Heat Shrinkable Film Electronic Tensile Testing Machine is a professional testing machine equipment suitable for testing the mechanical properties such as tensile strength of the film material. The instrument is functionally integrated and has performance testing functions such as tension, peeling, deformation, tearing, heat sealing, bonding, puncture force, opening force, low-speed unwinding force, and pull-out force.
The electronic tensile testing machine is a key equipment for testing the mechanical properties of polyolefin heat shrinkable films. Combined with standard testing requirements, it can be used for the following testing projects:
1. Tensile strength and elongation at break test:
According to GB/T 13022, a long strip specimen (150mm in length and 15mm ± 0.1mm in width) is used, with a fixture spacing of 100mm and a tensile speed of 250mm/min ± 50mm/min. The elongation at break of polyolefin heat shrinkable film should be greater than 95%, and the tensile strength should meet the longitudinal and transverse indicators specified in the standard (such as the longitudinal tensile strength of 12 μ m~15 μ m film ≥ 120MPa, and the transverse strength ≥ 110MPa).
2. Right angle tear load test:
According to QB/T 1130, take the average of the results and retain one decimal place. The right angle tear load of the film must meet the longitudinal and transverse indicators specified in the standard (such as the transverse and longitudinal tear load of 12 μ m~15 μ m film ≥ 0.6N)
3. Heat sealing strength test:
According to QB/T 2358 regulations, it is suitable for testing the heat sealing strength of film packaging bags. The standard requires that the heat sealing strength must meet the requirement of ≥ 9N/15mm.
