Insufficient heating temperature:
Resistance wire breakage/temperature control instrument malfunction - replace heating element or calibrate temperature controller
Difficulty closing furnace door: track deformation/aging of sealing ring - clean track debris or replace seals
Abnormal noise: Fan imbalance/motor failure - rebalance fan blades or repair motor
Temperature out of control: thermocouple damage/controller failure - check thermocouple connection or replace controller
Safety and Maintenance Standards:
Daily maintenance:
Clean the furnace ash every week (operate after cooling).
Check the insulation porcelain tube of the heating element every quarter and replace it immediately if it is damaged.
Safety ban:
Prohibit the handling of flammable and explosive materials.
Do not open the furnace when the environmental humidity is above 80% RH or on rainy days.
When the furnace temperature is ≥ 500 ℃, the exhaust system must be turned on.
