Functional verification:
Close the switch and power on, the controller displays the furnace temperature (red) and the set value (green).
Manually open and close the furnace door, test the interlocking power-off function of the door switch.
Release one end of the thermocouple to trigger the disconnection protection (temperature display suddenly rises and power is cut off).
Parameter settings:
Set temperature: Press the "▲/▼" keys to adjust the target value.
Power limit: Adjust to 40%~50% for the first operation to prevent current surge.
First oven drying procedure:
New furnaces or long-term shutdowns require step-by-step heating to remove moisture:
Room temperature → 200 ℃: Open the furnace and dry for 4 hours (dehumidification).
200 ℃ → 600 ℃: close the furnace door and dry for 4 hours.
600 ℃ → 800 ℃: close the furnace door and dry for 2 hours.
