Remember to regularly check if the atmospheric protection sintering furnace system is operating properly. Report any abnormal situations to the supervisor in a timely manner. Before stopping the use of the vacuum sintering furnace, the normal pressure inside the furnace should be restored. After the indicator light is normal, the furnace door (cover) should be opened. Caution should be exercised during unloading, and workpieces should not collide with the furnace mouth of the atmosphere protected sintering furnace.
Vacuum furnaces and vacuum systems should be filled with vacuum sealing grease at the axial sealing parts after about six months of use. Axial sealing refers to the observation window baffle seat, pneumatic vacuum butterfly valve, and other parts. After six months of use, the automatic access thermocouple system should unscrew the thermocouple holder and add diffusion pump oil.
