Glass sintering furnaceIt is a specialized equipment used for high-temperature sintering treatment of glass materials. The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature regulator, which controls the power switch, main heating work/stop button, voltage and current meter. This product adopts reliable integrated circuits, has a good working environment, anti-interference, and greatly improves the working environment when the temperature reaches ≤ 30 ℃. It is controlled by a microcomputer program, programmable curves, fully automatic heating/cooling, and can modify temperature control parameters and programs during operation. It is flexible, convenient, and easy to operate. Main types:
Box type sintering furnace:
Suitable for small and medium-sized glass products, such as ceramic inserts, electronic component sintering, and typical equipment such as Xinye trolley type high-temperature furnaces.
Tube sintering furnace:
Used for special process requirements, such as quartz glass annealing and gradient material preparation.
Rapid hot pressing sintering furnace:
Using pulse current heating, the sintering speed is 5-10 times faster than traditional furnaces.
Core component maintenance:
Heating system maintenance:
Check the electrode connection status of graphite heating element every quarter to prevent uneven heating caused by poor contact.
The temperature sensor is calibrated every six months (with an accuracy of ± 1 ℃).
Vacuum system maintenance:
Oil level inspection and pipeline leak detection are required for diffusion pumps and rotary vane pumps every 500 hours of operation. It is recommended to replace the diffusion pump oil every 2000 hours.
Daily maintenance points:
Furnace cleaning:
Regularly clean the residue in the furnace chamber (recommended once a week) to prevent heat loss and affect heating efficiency. For smoke stains on the inner wall of quartz glass, metal descaling and grinding agents can be used for deep cleaning.
Sealing inspection:
Monthly inspection of furnace body sealing, with a focus on checking the vacuum system interface and furnace door sealing strip to prevent gas leakage from affecting the sintering effect.
