-Sequential measurement: Input the number of straight line measurement points and endpoint coordinates, and the stage automatically completes multi-point measurement along the straight line.
-Trajectory measurement: Enter the coordinates of the measuring points, and move the stage in sequence to meet the requirements of irregular trajectories.
