Sample preparation:

Add an appropriate amount of buffer solution, shake for a certain period of time, and then let it stand still.

Extract clear water or filtrate as the sample solution to be tested.

Reagent addition:

Take a certain amount of the sample liquid to be tested and place it in a centrifuge tube.

Add a certain amount of enzyme reagent and color reagent, mix well, and let it stand for a certain period of time.

Add a certain amount of substrate, shake well, and immediately transfer to a colorimetric dish.

Instrument testing:

Place the colorimetric dish in the instrument channel in a timely manner and close the lid.

Press the "Drug Residue Monitoring" button or the corresponding button, select the channel that needs to be tested, and start the detection.

The instrument starts counting down, displays absorbance and inhibition rate after completion, and automatically prints the detection results.

Result judgment

Negative result: Compared with the blank control card, the white pill turns sky blue or has the same color as the blank control card, indicating that the pesticide residue in the sample does not exceed the standard.

Positive result:

The white pill does not change color or has a slight light blue color, indicating that the pesticide residue in the sample may exceed the standard.

Unchanged blue indicates a strong positive result, suggesting a high level of pesticide residue; A light blue color indicates a weak positive result, suggesting a relatively low level of pesticide residue.

Repeated testing: For samples with positive results, it is necessary to conduct2Repeat testing more than once. When multiple tests still show positive results, more precise methods such as gas chromatography are needed for further confirmation.
