Lighter flame height detectorUsed to detect the flame height and flame changes of lighters, supporting flame height tests, burst and splash tests, and extinguishing tests.
The red one button emergency stop button can directly cut off the power in case of unexpected situations, ensuring the safety of test personnel.
Support standard testing procedures and personalized testing solutions to meet various diverse testing needs.
The instrument is equipped with an automatic exhaust function to ensure safe gas discharge inside the box.
The experimental control unit and experimental unit adopt a separate design for easy maintenance and upgrading.
Equipped with 10 high-definition surveillance cameras, real-time monitoring of flame changes and recording of flame data and testing process.
Operation guide:
Calibrate flame height:
Adjust the flame to the target height using a standard gauge (such as a 12mm notch), and fine tune the flame size through a gas flow valve to ensure that the top of the flame aligns with the gauge notch.
If the device supports automatic adjustment, the airflow can be detected by a flow sensor, and the controller can drive the motor to automatically correct the flame height.
Environment and equipment preparation:
Operate in a test chamber composed of non flammable materials, ensuring air circulation and vertical upward flame.
The light needs to be reduced, use a stopwatch with a foot switch for precise timing (with a 5-second interval sound).
Testing process:
Ignite the lighter for 5 seconds and measure the maximum distance from the flame tip to the fuel hole or windshield tip (accuracy ± 5mm).
Record the duration of combustion after extinguishing and check for any abnormalities where the flame suddenly increases by more than 50mm.
Attention:
If the lighter is equipped with a height adjustment device, the flame height at the maximum and minimum positions should be tested separately.
98% of the sample flame height must meet the standard, otherwise it will be judged as unqualified.
