When adjusting the flashing frequency of the strobe light to be close to or synchronized with the rotation or motion speed of the measured object, according to the phenomenon of visual persistence, although the measured object is moving at high speed, it appears to be moving slowly or relatively still, making it easy for people to visually observe the surface quality and operating conditions of the high-speed moving object.
A portable strobe produces brief and frequent flashes by controlling the light source to flash rapidly at a specific frequency. When the flash frequency is close to or synchronized with the rotation or motion speed of the object being measured, the phenomenon of visual persistence of the human eye is utilized to form a "still" image of the high-speed moving object on the retina, making it easier to observe its surface quality and operating condition.
