In November 2025, Tuoxinda (Qidong) Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tuoxinda") undertook a high difficulty organic silicone oil emulsification project. At the beginning of the project, a screw pump was used for feeding, but due to the lack of corrosion resistance and inaccurate feeding of the screw pump, as well as the high viscosity of the material, there were difficulties in feeding, dispersion, and parameter control, resulting in significant differences between batches and frequent scrapping of unqualified batches, causing significant losses. Later, we switched to using a refined three plunger pump for feeding, and multiple batches of products showed no inter batch differences, successfully achieving continuous and stable emulsification. The customer was very satisfied.
