The customer wishes to use a refined three plunger pump to assist in verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of transporting three high viscosity sulfuric acid substrates.

Testing Process and Results

1. Use a refined three plunger PTFE non explosion proof pump with inlet pipe specifications of φ 10 and 1/4 inch;

2. The customer provides 15%, 25%, 50%, and 90% concentrated sulfuric acid for pump replacement before testing to prevent the original protective solution in the pump from reacting with the substrate;

3. According to the concentration (15% → 25% → 50% → 90%) from low to high, sequentially replace and transport sulfuric acid solutions of three substrates;

4. Using a balance to dynamically monitor the real-time flow of transportation;

5. Clean the pump after the test is completed.

The above transport charts indicate that the sulfuric acid solutions of the three substrates can be stably transported, with a maximum transport range exceeding 100mL/min.

The Jingjin three plunger PTFE pump has demonstrated excellent performance in conveying high viscosity materials, meeting customer requirements for conveying, and exceeding customer expectations for the upper limit of conveying flow rate.
