Mini gradient PCR instrumentIt is a small gene amplification device that combines gradient PCR function, with the characteristics of small size and convenient operation, suitable for fields such as molecular biology and medical detection.
The engineering reinforced aluminum module treated with anodizing technology retains both rapid thermal conductivity and sufficient corrosion resistance.
Real time display of program progress and remaining time, supporting intermediate programming during PCR instrument operation.
Automatic power-off protection, automatically executes incomplete cycles after power restoration, ensuring safe operation of the entire amplification process.
Scalable hot cover, capable of accommodating test tubes of different heights.
The program adopts folder management and can create its own directory.
Built in 11 standard program file templates for quick editing of required files.
Calibrating the mini gradient PCR instrument is a key step in ensuring its temperature control accuracy and experimental accuracy:
Preparation before calibration:
Environmental control: Ensure that the calibration environment temperature is between 15-30 ℃ and the humidity is ≤ 75% RH to avoid environmental fluctuations affecting the results.
Equipment preheating: Before calibration, the PCR instrument needs to be preheated for 30 minutes until the internal temperature stabilizes.
Standard selection: Use high-precision temperature standards (such as second-class standard platinum resistance thermometers), with an uncertainty of ≤ 1/3 of the allowable error of the calibrator.
Calibration steps:
Connecting devices:
Connect the sensor board calibrator to the PCR instrument via RS232 communication cable and tighten the interface.
The calibrator is connected to the computer USB interface through a control cable.
Install software:
Open the control software and select the "Temperature Calibration" function to perform temperature calibration.
Start calibration:
Place the probe on the sample stage, close the heating cover, and click "start" to start calibration. The entire process takes about 1 hour.
The calibration process cannot be interrupted, and the results must be verified through the "Temperature Verification" function after completion.
