Six channel gradient PCR instrumentIt is a gene amplification device that uses 6 independent temperature control zones to achieve multi temperature gradient optimization through zone temperature control, suitable for complex PCR experiments.
Instrument features:
1) 6 long-life Peltier modules dedicated to temperature cyclers, capable of independently controlling 6 temperature zones;
2) The engineering reinforced aluminum module treated with anodizing technology retains both rapid thermal conductivity and sufficient corrosion resistance;
3) Fast heating and cooling rate, with a maximum heating and cooling rate of 6 ℃/s, saving valuable experimental time;
4) The infinitely adjustable hot lid can adapt to test tubes of different heights and can be positioned at any angle after opening;
5) Friendly Windows interface, color touch screen control, high-definition TFT display (8 inches, 800 × 600 pixels, 16 color true color), graphical menu style navigation interface, extremely simple operation;
6) Built in 11 standard program file templates for quick editing of required files;
7) The program adopts folder management and can create its own directory;
8) Real time display of program progress and remaining time, supporting intermediate programming during PCR instrument operation;
9) One click rapid incubation function, meeting the needs of denaturation, enzyme digestion/ligation, ELISA and other experiments.
Setting steps:
Enter gradient mode:
After selecting the target step, click the "Option" key and choose the "VeriFlex step" or "Temp Gradient" option.
Enter gradient parameters:
Enter 6 temperature values (such as 50 ℃, 52 ℃, 54 ℃, 56 ℃, 58 ℃, 60 ℃) in the gradient window, and the system will automatically assign them to the corresponding heating holes.
The temperature difference between adjacent temperatures should be ≤ 5 ℃ to avoid abnormal reactions.
Confirm and run:
Click "Done" to save the settings, return to the main interface to select the program and start running.
