Site selection requirements:
Stay away from fire sources, high-temperature heat sources, and densely populated areas, and maintain a fire separation distance of at least 10 meters from buildings.
The ground is flat and solid, and anti-collision guardrails (with a height of ≥ 1.2 meters) are set up around it.
Gas cylinder management:
Storage method - oxygen cylinder placed upright, acetylene cylinder fixed upside down
Residual pressure retention - The gas inside the bottle needs to retain a residual pressure of ≥ 0.05MPa
Special tool - use explosion-proof pressure reducing valve, do not mix different gases
Operation and maintenance standards:
Gas source management:
Only purified air or nitrogen is allowed as a protective gas, and it is strictly prohibited to connect explosive mixtures.
Regularly check the pressure reducing valve (pressure range 0.4-0.8MPa) and prohibit users from adjusting it themselves.
Daily maintenance:
Test the sensitivity of the pressure relief valve monthly, and replace the sealing strip every 2 years.
Use the flashlight side light method to test the sealing of the door gap (gap ≤ 0.1mm).
