Pneumatic automatic cutting and testing machineUsing air pressure as the power source, it can be operated by simply connecting the air pressure source. It is suitable for cutting rubber, tape, leather, etc. in the laboratory, testing dumbbell specimens, and other special materials such as sample cutting of melamine board or various composite materials. It can also be used as a small press.
Pressure sensor calibration:
Standard weight preparation:
Use standard weights with an accuracy of 0.1% (covering commonly used ranges of equipment, such as 500N, 1000N, 2000N).
The weights need to be sent to a measuring institution for calibration every year to avoid their own accuracy failure.
Calibration steps:
Switch the device to "pressure calibration mode", lower the pressure head to contact the weight, and load different specifications of weights in sequence.
Compare the pressure value displayed by the device with the standard value of the weight. If the deviation exceeds ± 2%, adjust the parameters through the calibration interface.
After calibration, save the data and record it. It is recommended to calibrate every 3-6 months.
Mechanical component inspection:
Cutting blade and guide rod:
Check if the installation of the cutting blade is loose, if the guide rod is stuck, and ensure that the cutting is centered without deviation.
Clean up residual debris from the cutting blade to avoid affecting cutting accuracy.
Parallelism verification:
Use a dedicated calibration ring or metal ring to measure the parallelism between the upper and lower pressure plates (maximum and minimum distance difference ≤ 0.05mm).
Maintenance and upkeep:
Regular inspection: Clean up residual debris from the cutting blade, check the sealing of the air path, and avoid unstable air pressure affecting the cutting effect.
Lubrication and maintenance: Regularly lubricate the cylinder piston rod to reduce wear.
Safety protection: Ensure that the buttons operated by both hands function properly and avoid accidental touch.
