The charging interface cable bending test machine uses servo motors or stepper motors as power sources to provide accurate reciprocating motion control. These motors can run according to preset programs, ensuring stability in bending angle and speed. For example, in some devices, the motor drives the turntable to swing the workpiece left and right, achieving the bending action of the cable. The actual bending action of the cable is achieved through mechanical structures such as guide rails, sliders, or rotating devices. And the bending radius is adjustable, which can be adjusted according to different testing requirements to adapt to various specifications and types of charging interface cables.
Equipped with fixtures to fix the two ends of the cable, preventing slipping or loosening during the testing process, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the test results. The design of fixtures is usually able to accommodate cable joints of different sizes and shapes, ensuring a secure clamping of the cable. The system is responsible for recording the number of bends and allows users to set various testing parameters, such as bending speed, radius, number of bends, etc. During the testing process, it will also monitor the entire testing status in real time to promptly detect abnormal situations and take corresponding measures. During the process of cable bending, the equipment will monitor key indicators such as resistance changes and insulation damage in real time, and collect these data. Afterwards, a detailed test report will be generated based on the collected data to provide a basis for evaluating the performance of the cable.

Measurement steps of charging interface cable bending tester:
1. Sample preparation and installation
-Select a suitable length of test sample, fix one end in the corresponding six sets of fixtures, and place the other end in the middle of the guide rod.
-Tie a cross knot at the appropriate position at the bottom of the test sample and hang the standard weights according to the requirements.
-Fix the lower end of the test sample with a guide rod to fix the wheel, and connect the test sample in series with the corresponding group of terminal clamps to ensure that the test sample is clamped tightly with the clamps.
2. Angle adjustment (if necessary)
-The default testing angle for this machine is ± 90 °, but customers can adjust it according to specific requirements (within a range of 0- ± 90 °). The adjustment method is: open the small doors above and behind the control box, use the provided hex wrench to loosen the hex screws on the rotating column square bar, then use an open-ended small wrench to further loosen the screws on the column square bar, and then manually twist the handle on the column square bar to move to the marked scale value, and re tighten the loosened screws.
3. Set experimental parameters
-Set the number of experiments: Use the buttons marked with "+" or "-" on the large counter by hand to set the number conversion (change the numbers in order from left to right),
-Connect the power supply and start the test: Connect the power cord to the AC220V power supply, unplug the power switch to the right and turn on the power. Activate the six green start buttons on the test board separately, and the corresponding indicator lights will turn on. Turn the speed control knob to the left end, press the green start button on the control board, and the machine will start the test.
-Adjust speed: Adjust the speed to the appropriate value according to customer needs (the speed gradually increases from left to right, and the speed can be displayed on the LCD in revolutions per minute).
4. Conduct the experimental process
-During the experiment, please do not operate the machine in any way to avoid affecting the testing results. When a group is broken, the corresponding counter on the test board will stop counting, but the test will continue as usual until it is broken or reaches the value set by the total counter. This machine has a power-off stop counting function. In the event of a power outage or other situations, the number of tests will not reset to zero during the next test, and the unfinished test can continue.
5. Record the results and subsequent processing
-After the experiment is stopped, record the test results. If the customer's sample requires more testing times than the maximum number of tests in the total counter, the customer needs to record the number of times it has been done and repeat the above steps for the remaining number of times it needs to be tested again.
-After the experiment is completed, turn off the power switch and cut off the power supply; Take out the test sample, wipe the test fixture and weight clean, then place the weight and power cord in the storage box, and organize the connecting wires.
