How to deal with mechanical structural failures of the charging pile cable torsion pendulum life testing machine when encountering them
Date: 2025-10-23Read: 1
Charging pile cable torsion pendulum life testing machineCompliant with standards: Suitable for simulating damage to new energy cables under specified rough usage conditions, in order to evaluate their fatigue.
Counting digits: 1-99999999 can be set arbitrarily.
Machine material: Made of high-quality 45 # steel sheet metal and square frame structure.
Equipment appearance: approximately 13M in length, 1.2M in width, and 2M in height, subject to mechanical design.
Mechanical structural failure:
Uneven swinging:
Reason: Wear of transmission mechanism (such as loose belt, gear jamming), deformation of swing arm guide shaft or offset of wire clamping.
Solution:
Check and adjust the tension of the motor belt, replace the cracked belt; Clean the gears and apply specialized lubricating oil.
Use a ruler to measure the bending degree of the guide shaft and replace the deformed shaft body; Clean the shaft sleeve and apply anti rust oil to ensure that the swing angle error is ≤ 0.5 °.
Replace the adapter clamp and align the centerline of the calibration wire with the swing axis.
Fixture stuck or unable to move:
Reason: Sensor overload or screw damage, commonly seen after fixture collision.
Solution:
After power failure, restart the device and attempt multiple times to "reset+raise" the separation fixture.
Manually rotate the synchronous belt in the opposite direction, release the fixture gap, and reset.
Electrical and control faults:
Counting inaccurate or sensor failure:
Reason: offset of photoelectric switch, incorrect parameter settings, or insufficient triggering stroke.
Solution:
Adjust the distance between the photoelectric switch and the sensing plate to 5-10mm, and test the triggering synchronization; Replace the damaged sensor.
Check the counting mode (such as "round trip counting once") and reset the parameters to the factory default values.
Abnormal force value or inability to zero:
Reason: Loose sensor connector, incorrect calibration parameters, or operational errors.
Solution:
Re plug and unplug the sensor connector, check the consistency of AD parameters; If the overload cannot be zeroed, the force value needs to be recalibrated.
Daily maintenance suggestions:
Regular maintenance: Clean transmission components weekly, calibrate sensors monthly, and check motor status quarterly.
Environmental adaptation: Avoid high temperature and humid environments, ensure good grounding of equipment, and prevent electrical interference.
