1. Produce and maintain the specimens according to regulations. Soak the specimens in saturated lime water at 20 ± 2 ℃ for 4 days before the specified curing age.
After soaking for 4 days, remove the specimen and wipe off the surface moisture with a damp cloth. Measure the transverse fundamental frequency and weigh it as the starting value for evaluating frost resistance, and provide necessary visual descriptions.
3. Place the specimen into the rubber specimen box, add clean water until it is 1-3mm below the top surface of the specimen, and place the specimen box containing the specimen into the specimen rack of the freeze-thaw specimen box.
4. Conduct freeze-thaw cycle tests according to regulations, and each freeze-thaw cycle should be completed within 2 to 5 hours, with the time used for melting not less than 1/4 of the entire freeze-thaw time.
At the end of freezing and melting, the center temperature of the specimen should be controlled at -18 ℃± 2 ℃ and 5 ℃± 2 ℃, respectively. The center temperature should be based on the measured temperature of the temperature measurement standard specimen.
6. In the test chamber, the time required for each specimen at each position to drop from 3 ℃ to -16 ℃ shall not be less than half of the entire freezing time, and the time required for each specimen to rise from -16 ℃ to 3 ℃ shall not be less than half of the entire melting time. The temperature difference between the inside and outside of the specimen should not exceed 28 ℃.

1. Instruments and equipment are not allowed to be dismantled or disassembled for use at will. If there is a need to develop new functions or upgrade, they must be managed according to hierarchical authority, and approval procedures must be completed before implementation.
2. Regularly maintain and upkeep the Cleveland flash point tester, and store it in a dry and ventilated place. If the instrument and equipment are not used for a long time, they should be powered on regularly to prevent moisture mold from damaging their components.
3. Establish a regular verification and calibration system for large-scale precision and valuable backup technical indicators, and maintain the necessary technical indicators. Make good use of original records.
