Walk in environmental laboratoryIt is a laboratory equipped with a series of devices for protection, heating, and cooling, used for environmental testing of large parts, semi-finished products, and finished products.
Walk in environmental laboratoryAfter use, recovery and testing are necessary to ensure that correct operation does not affect the accuracy of laboratory testing.
Recovery after trial
The treatment of the specimen after the normal environmental test and before the final power on test is called post test recovery. The purpose of post test recovery is to make the state of the specimen consistent with the initial detection, and to accurately determine which effects of environmental stress on the specimen are irreversible. The restoration conditions are the same as normal atmospheric conditions. But in actual post trial recovery, this process is often downplayed, reduced, or even omitted. This approach will generate excessive stress on the specimen, seriously affecting its components and posing a hidden danger to the accuracy of the test results.
Therefore, in the process of post test recovery, the correct approach should be: if the wet heat test is completed, the door should be opened for natural recovery (special requirements should adopt conditional recovery), and the time should not be less than 12 hours, otherwise the test piece will condense and accumulate water, affecting the subsequent power on detection; If the low-temperature test is completed, appropriate recovery control conditions should generally be adopted. The temperature should be gradually increased at a rate within the range of+0.4 ℃~+0.8 ℃ to above room temperature and below the high-temperature test conditions of the specimen for drying, with a duration of 8-12 hours. The more complex and larger the structure and volume of the specimen, the longer the corresponding time. After the oven is finished, the box door should be opened for natural recovery; For the main station or the entire machine, normal atmospheric conditions should be restored after the conditions have been restored. In the absence of specific standard regulations, based on the experience of the testing personnel, it is better to rotate for no less than 24 hours under normal atmospheric conditions after the test.
Post test testing
The inspection of the specimen structure mainly relies on some instruments, meters, equipment and tools to observe whether there are cracks or deformations in the structural parts of the specimen, whether the components and fasteners are loose or detached, whether the rotating and lifting parts are stuck or not moving smoothly, whether the seals are detached, and so on.
The general principle for testing the electrical part of the test piece is to "break it down into smaller parts and prioritize the larger part". When the whole machine is powered on, the electrical performance of the test piece is tested through instruments and meters. If the test results meet the requirements and are normal, the whole machine or large system will pass the test first. Otherwise, if there is a malfunction when the whole machine is powered on, the whole machine will investigate and reset each system one by one until the problem is found and resolved.
