The types of hazards include brown, discoloration, loss of gloss, powdering, cracking and foaming, brittle strength degradation, and oxidation, in order to evaluate the weather resistance of the test product.

The test chamber uses fluorescent ultraviolet lamps as the light source, and simulates the ultraviolet radiation and condensation in natural sunlight to conduct accelerated weather resistance tests on materials, in order to obtain the results of material weather resistance. It can simulate environmental conditions such as UV, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, and darkness in natural climate. By reproducing these conditions, it can merge them into a cycle and automatically complete the cycle.

UV aging test chamberPrecautions for use:

1. After installation, sufficient maintenance space should be reserved between the equipment and adjacent walls or other equipment;

2. When the equipment is not in operation, it should be kept dry, the running water should be drained, and the workshop and box should be wiped dry;

3. The equipment should be placed in a well ventilated area, and the ambient temperature of the installation site should not change rapidly

4. During the experimental phase, the time for opening the box door should be minimized as much as possible.

5. During the operation of the equipment, it is essential to maintain sufficient water supply.

6. Due to the strong harm of ultraviolet radiation to personnel (especially eyes), operators should try to minimize exposure to ultraviolet radiation (exposure time should be less than 1 minute). It is recommended that operators wear protective goggles and sheaths.

7. After each experiment, the sample should be taken out and the inner container of the equipment should be cleaned thoroughly;

8. After use, cover the plastic outer cover. (Keep the appearance of the box clean; avoid dust from entering the box).

9. After a long period of disuse, if it is necessary to use it again, the water source, power supply, and various components must be carefully checked to ensure that they are correct before starting the equipment.
