High temperature graphite electric heating plateMainly applicable to environmental monitoring, university laboratories, chemical plants, agricultural academies, fertilizer plants, forestry departments, quality supervision, food and drug analysis.
1. PID digital display precise temperature control, constant temperature time can be set according to experimental needs, and can work continuously for more than 48 hours.
2. The board surface is made of graphite material, which has the advantages of acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and easy cleaning.
3. Exquisite and beautiful appearance, reasonable design, large heating area, capable of processing multiple samples simultaneously, and uniform heating points.
4. The heating rate is fast, reaching up to 550 ℃.
5. It has an over temperature alarm function and can be equipped with an over temperature power-off function as needed.
6. 30 segment program temperature control, adjustable heating and cooling rate.
7. This series of graphite electric heating plates has stable performance, ensuring users can use them with peace of mind and safety.
Operating standards and taboos:
Standard Operating Procedure:
Power on: The liquid level should cover at least 1/3 of the board surface. After setting the temperature, press the PID self-tuning key ("AT" long press for 3 seconds) to optimize the temperature control curve.
Dissolving application (taking soil as an example):
Acid addition sequence: hydrochloric acid → hydrofluoric acid → perchloric acid, control water volume to prevent dilution.
Temperature segmentation: 90 ℃ evaporation → 120 ℃ acid flooding → 170 ℃ carbide removal.
Shutdown: Cool down to below 80 ℃ before cleaning, and use 5% dilute hydrochloric acid to remove residual scale.
Strictly prohibited operation:
No load heating: Direct dry burning can cause graphite cracking, requiring pre placed vessels or adding water.
Direct contact with corrosive solution: Strong acid (such as concentrated hydrochloric acid) should be placed in the middle of a PTFE container and heated.
Overtemperature use: The continuous working temperature should not exceed 450 ℃, and the instantaneous temperature should not exceed 500 ℃.
