Common problems and maintenance:
Temperature out of control:
Check if the sensor is wrapped in scale and clean the probe with citric acid solution.
Calibrate the temperature controller deviation value and replace the damaged PT100 sensor.

Adjust the belt tension (sag 5-8mm) or replace worn shaft keys.
Check the output voltage of the driver (0-240VAC) and the motor circuit.
