New software solution: SensoPRO LT

Sensofar will begin to launch its latest software, SensoPRO LT, into the market. This software is mainly used for data analysis in production and quality control measurement, and has specific modules or plugins suitable for various application requirements. The currently provided version is specifically designed for the LED industry and can measure standard parameters such as step height and roughness.

We are currently developing specialized modules for the IC packaging industry, which can measure BGA protrusions, vias, copper wires, solder resistance, and perform fixed size analysis.

In addition, new modules can be easily customized to meet the needs of other industries according to customer requirements. Providing more convenient and precise solutions is Sensofar's key strategy.
