Dry heating module
Material: High thermal conductivity aluminum blocks or aluminum beads are used as heating carriers to ensure temperature uniformity (± 0.5 ℃) and rapid heating (from room temperature to 150 ℃).
Module design: Supports customization of multiple holes (such as 12 holes, 24 holes, 36 holes), compatible with different specifications of test tubes (Φ 10mm-26mm or 1.5ml-2.0mL sample tubes), and some models are compatible with 96 well plates.
Ultra thick heating block: Some models of heating blocks have a thickness of up to 70mm, further enhancing temperature uniformity and reducing edge effects.
Independent pneumatic needle system
Flow regulation: Each gas needle is equipped with an independent flow valve (0-15L/min), which can accurately control the nitrogen blowing intensity, avoiding sample splashing or uneven concentration.
Height adjustable: The gas needle tube slides up and down through a locking nut, adapting to different test tube heights to ensure that nitrogen directly acts on the surface of the sample.

Microcomputer temperature control: adopting PID regulation technology, supporting digital display of real-time temperature, with over temperature protection function (such as automatic power-off when the temperature exceeds the set value).
Timer function: Some models support up to 99 hours and 59 minutes of timed operation, meeting the needs of long-term concentration.
Dual mode switching: For example, YGC series can be switched to ordinary dry thermostats to expand device application scenarios.
Safety and Protection Design
Air intake filtration: equipped with a 0.2 μ m filtration membrane to prevent impurities from entering the nitrogen system.
Anti cross contamination: The air needle and heating module are independently designed to avoid cross contamination between samples.
Ventilation requirements: It should be used in a fume hood to prevent the accumulation of volatile solvents.
